【退貨退款流程】



提出申請(收到商品7天內)→申請審核(提出申請後3天內)→寄送退貨商品(7天內)→退貨商品審核(收到退貨商品10天內)→進行退刷或匯款


如有瑕疵狀況請於7日內聯繫客服(svmerch@streetvoice.com) 並於信件中告知您的 姓名 / 訂單編號 / 聯絡電話 / 退換貨品名 / 退貨原因及照片,客服人員將盡快回覆


【退款說明】


若驗貨通過核准,人員將會處理您的退款,並依原訂單付款方式分為:


信用卡付款:款項將退刷於原信用卡,系統需1-2個工作天處理。您將於 2-4 個星期在支付帳款信用卡內收到退款,實際退款到帳時間因應不同銀行的處理流程而有所不同,若退刷作業期間已跨信用卡結帳日,費用將退於次月帳單

ATM 銀行轉帳:請提供匯款帳戶資料,款項將於7-14個工作天(不含例假日)內退至您指定帳戶


【換貨說明】


換貨僅限於商品有瑕疵或損壞、收到錯誤商品的情況下,才提供商品更換
若換貨遇商品缺貨之情形,將以原付款方式進行退款;若欲換成其他品項,請先申請退貨再重新訂購您所需要的商品

【退換貨細則】


退貨請保持商品及包裝完整,若外包裝有遺失或使用痕跡,我方有拒絕退換貨之權利

商品可能因使用者之使用習慣或使用方式、保存保養方式有所不同,而產生不同的損耗可能,若經判定該商品之損耗狀況並非製造上的瑕疵,則無法退貨

消耗性商品請勿拆封試用(例如:筆記本、紙膠帶等),試用後則無法退貨

欲退貨商品,若為參加任選活動而組套出售的促銷商品,不可單品退貨需將套組商品一起退回

Return & Refund Policy

【Return & Refund Process】

  • Submit your return request within 7 days of receiving the product →We will review your request within 3 days → Return the product within 7 days of approval →We will inspect the returned item within 10 days of receipt →Refund will be processed via original payment method or bank transfer

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days at svmerch@streetvoice.com and include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Contact phone number

  • Name of item(s) to be returned

  • Reason for return

  • Photo(s) of the item

Our customer service team will respond as soon as possible.


【Refund Information】

Once your return has passed inspection and is approved, we will process the refund based on your original payment method:

  • Credit Card Payment:

    The amount will be refunded to the original credit card. Processing takes 1–2 business days.

    You can expect to receive the refund in your account within 2–4 weeks, depending on your card-issuing bank’s schedule.

    If the refund is processed after your billing cycle ends, it will be reflected on your next month’s statement.

  • ATM Bank Transfer:

    Please provide your bank account information. The refund will be transferred within 7–14 business days (excluding holidays).


【Exchange Policy】

Exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.

If the requested replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.

If you wish to exchange for a different product, please submit a return request and place a new order for the desired item.


【Return & Exchange Conditions】

  • Please ensure the item and its original packaging are kept intact.

If packaging is missing or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to reject your return/exchange request.

  • Wear and tear caused by the user's handling, usage habits, storage, or care that is determined not to be a manufacturing defect is not eligible for return.

  • Do not open or test consumable items (e.g., notebooks, washi tape) unless you are sure of your purchase; once opened, these items cannot be returned.

  • If the item is part of a promotional bundle, you must return the entire set—individual items cannot be returned separately.


【Non-returnable Items】

According to the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act, the following items are not eligible for the 7-day return policy. Please confirm your purchase intentions before placing an order:

  • Perishable items or products with a short shelf life or those nearing expiration at the time of cancellation

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines

  • Opened audio/video media or computer software (e.g., CDs, DVDs)

  • Opened personal hygiene products
