- 7-11超商取貨(台灣本島、離島):配送時間依地區而定,通常訂單成立隔日起 4-7 個工作天將會配達指定超商,並以簡訊通知
※ 預購或特殊活動商品出貨時間約 7-30 個工作天,實際出貨日以商品頁面說明為主
※ 若遇例假日或訂單較多、不可抗力天災因素,則可能延遲到貨※ 若逾期未完成活動現場 / 門市 / 宅配配送取貨時,造成運費損失包含重新寄送、整新等費用將由顧客自行吸收

【Payment Methods】
Credit Card (One-time payment): Supports VISA / MasterCard / JCB / UnionPay.
※ After submitting your order, you will be redirected to the card issuer's verification page. If the verification code is not entered and submitted within 10 minutes, the system will automatically cancel the order without further notice.
ATM Virtual Account Payment: Use the virtual account code to make a payment at an ATM or via online banking.
※ A unique virtual account number will be provided upon checkout. If payment is not completed before the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled without further notice.
【Delivery Methods / Timeframe】
On-site Pickup at Event: Please refer to the product page for pickup location and instructions.
Home Delivery (Taiwan main island): Orders will be shipped via HCT Logistics and are expected to arrive within 3–7 business days after the order is placed. Specific delivery date and time cannot be designated. If needed, you may inform the delivery driver upon contact.
7-11 Convenience Store Pickup (Taiwan main & offshore islands): Delivery time depends on location. Normally, it takes 4–7 business days after order confirmation. You will receive an SMS notification once the package arrives at the designated store.
※ Pre-order or special event items may take approximately 7–30 business days to ship. Actual shipping time will be based on the product page.
※ Delivery may be delayed due to holidays, high order volumes, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters).
※ If you fail to pick up your item on time (whether on-site, in-store, or via home delivery), any resulting shipping or reprocessing fees will be borne by the customer.
【Order Tracking】
Go to the “Orders” page and click the order number you wish to view. In the “Shipping Info” section, the tracking number will be displayed.

Home Delivery: Use the tracking number on the Yamato

【Invoice Issuance】
All invoices are issued via an automated system and sent via email as confirmation of your purchase.
By applying for a return or refund, you agree to authorize StreetVoice to handle the invoice, sales return, and allowance documents on your behalf to speed up the process.
Electronic Invoice: Sent as an attachment along with your order confirmation email.
Corporate Invoice (with Tax ID): Also sent as an attachment in the confirmation email; you may print it yourself. It has the same legal effect as a paper invoice.
Donated Invoice: No invoice notification will be sent.
【Other Notes】
Due to the nature of pre-order items and the automated fulfillment process that begins once an order is placed, we are unable to add items, merge orders, modify, or cancel orders after submission.
