- 須與您提醒,各地海關依規定可對包裹進行抽查並核定是否需繳交關稅,並向收件者收取關稅費用;若收件者不願取貨,而因此產生之相關費用或貨件遭銷毀、退回之損失,由您自行負擔,我們將不提供退貨服務。
包裹寄送約 7-14 個工作天,若因天候因素造成航班延遲、取消或遇寄件高峰期、留置海關等,預計到達時間將遞延。
商品出貨後,將會發送出貨通知信至您留下的信箱,並提供物流追蹤編號,您可於郵件 / 物流查詢系統即時查詢商品運送狀態。
- 因海外地區包裹運送費時,且跨國退款作業繁複,因此無法提供海外配送之換貨服務;如欲辦理海外配送之退貨服務,您應先確認無以下情形,如您逕行將商品退回, StreetVoice 街聲 將不予受理,且運費及相關費用將由您自行負擔:
- 超過7天猶豫期退貨時效。
- 經消費者拆封之影音商品或電腦軟體,如:唱片等。
- 商品並未保持完好包裝、經使用、已受破壞、損毀或不完整
- 客製化商品
- 消耗性商品請勿拆封試用(例如:筆記本、紙膠帶等),試用後則無法退貨
- 如因收件者個人因素,包括但不限於地址錯誤、查無此人、逾期未領、拒絕支付關稅等,造成海外包裹退回,該筆訂單將不再提供重新配送。

- 請於信件中告知您的 姓名 / 訂單編號 / 聯絡電話 / 退換貨品名 / 退貨原因及照片
- 依據您提供的商品照片,確認商品狀況符合退貨標準後,透過信件告知詳細寄件地址,需請您自行寄回。欲退貨商品,若為參加任選活動而組套出售的促銷商品,不可單品退貨,需將套組商品一起寄回。
- 預計於收到退貨後 10 個工作日內,確認商品無誤後,處理退款程序
- 請注意,退貨服務之退款之金額將扣除實際產生之來回運費及兩地關稅後,若仍有餘額,款項將退刷於原付款之信用卡。

【Payment for International Orders】
We only accept credit card (one-time payment) for international purchases: VISA / MasterCard / JCB / UnionPay are supported.
All products are priced in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD).
Transaction fees, currency conversion rates, and refund processing fees are subject to your card-issuing bank’s policies. If you have any questions, please contact your bank directly.
For delivery addresses outside of Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China, please fill in all recipient information (including name and address) in English.
Please double-check your order details before submission, including product selection and shipping information. Once the order is submitted, no modifications can be made. Any additional risk or cost caused by incorrect information, delivery failure, or delivery to the wrong address shall be borne by the customer.
If your order exceeds the size or value limits of certain destinations, our customer service will notify you via the order Q&A section. In such cases, the cost for split shipments will be borne by the customer. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

If you wish to return an international order, please ensure the following conditions are met. If you return a product without prior approval, StreetVoice reserves the right to reject the return, and any shipping or related costs will be your responsibility:

The 7-day return period has expired.
The product is an opened audio or software product (e.g., CDs, DVDs).
The item is used, damaged, or not in its original packaging.
The item is customized.
Consumable items (e.g., notebooks, washi tape) have been opened or tested.
Returns are also not accepted if:
The parcel is returned due to customer-related issues such as incorrect address, unknown recipient, failure to collect the package, or refusal to pay customs duties.
【How to Request a Return for International Orders】

Upon confirming that your return meets our criteria, we will provide the return address by email. You must send the product back at your own expense.
If the returned item was part of a promotional set or bundle, the entire set must be returned.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. The refund amount will be deducted by actual shipping costs and any customs duties incurred, and the remaining balance (if any) will be refunded to your original credit card.
